Odyssey- Driving Around the World in Land Rovers

| Anyone with a sense of adventure would love to
do this, but when considering the time and expense coupled with the
constant testing of one's resolve- not many people get to do it.
Combining such an amazing adventure with the chance to raise money and
awareness for good causes makes for an even more important effort. |
| I'm sure many of you have seen the coverage in magazines of
the distinctive white Discoverys that were driven about 41,000 miles
around the world. The recent MobilOne commercials have brought
attention in the USA back to the Longitude Expedition. Odyssey, the TV
series of the Expedition filmed over the course of fifteen months, has
already aired in Europe.

| There are two web sites full of
information, the newest one being OdysseyShow.com.
This is the web site dealing specifically with the documentary and the
upcoming TV and DVD productions. The web site for the founders of
the charity expedition itself is DriveAroundtheWorld.com.
The Odyssey web site has newer content and video clips, but the DATW web
site has a huge amount of background information- so set aside a whole
evening to read up!
I've seen an advance screening of the entire series and it was so good
I ended up watching thirteen episodes back to back. You'll witness a
wide range of situations from heartwarming to disturbing. U.S.
distribution has not been determined yet, so check out the web site for
now or attend a Muddy Oval event for private advance screenings.

Productions and the producer/director of the Odyssey TV series along
with Nancy Olson, G4 Competitor and Longitude Expedition team member, will be
offering exclusive insight into what it is like to drive around the world
in a Land Rover.
Nancy and Adam will both be answering
questions about Odyssey for MuddyOval members. As more of the
expedition members sign up to interview, we will update this site.
